This intensive two-day train-the-trainer workshop prepares leaders to implement the STOP® program at their workplace. The Implementation Assistance Workshop is designed to be deployed on-site at your facility for up to 20 participants, but you may also elect to attend one of our scheduled open sessions.
This workshop is conducted by STOP® experts and is typically provided before your organization begins STOP® training. It is tailored to ensure that you get the best return on your STOP® investment and helps build a strong foundation for a STOP® roll out across your organization.
In addition to the workshop itself, an on-site Implementation Assistance Workshop also includes a walk-through discussion about STOP® implementation with senior management and a brief safety audit conducted by the STOP® expert with one of your managers.
Attendees of both on-site and open Implementation Assistance Workshops will learn about STOP® objectives, techniques and observation practices as well as the most effective ways to implement these programs at individual sites.
