RENTALS
All DuPont Sustainable Solutions programs are available for rental. For more information, contact your Account Manager. Rental charges may be applied to the purchase price if the program is bought within 30 days of the rental period.

DuPont Sustainable Solutions promises to provide you with exceptional training materials in a prompt, efficient manner. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 15 days for a full refund. All prices are subject to change without notice. DVDs are sold for the life of the disk. However, DuPont Sustainable Solutions will gladly replace any disk which is damaged or proves defective within six months of purchase.
PROGRAM UPDATES
Many of DuPont Sustainable Solutions' programs cover OSHA and other government regulations. If a regulation changes within six months of your purchase, we will replace that program free of charge when an update is available.

SHIPPING
Most orders are processed and shipped within one to two business days, depending on item availability. Shipping hours are between 8am – 5pm Eastern, Monday through Friday. Any orders received after 5pm Eastern will not be processed until the next business day. Most orders are shipped via UPS Ground; however, orders may be shipped via UPS 3-Day Select, Second-Day Air or Next-Day Air for an additional charge. All orders are shipped F.O.B. Virginia Beach, VA.
Rentals should be returned via a traceable shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express or Registered Mail. The customer is responsible for loss or damage on return shipments. For your protection, you may want to insure the package for full value. Failure to return rentals via a traceable means could result in your organization being billed for the full purchase price plus shipping. The customer is responsible for transportation charges when returning rentals.
PAYMENT TERMS
Terms of payment are 2 percent 10 days, net 30 days, with approved credit. Accounts not paid within 30 days of invoice date are subject to a 1.5 percent monthly service charge.
TAX
The following states should include tax with their payment: CA, FL, IN, IA, MI, MN, NC, TX, VA and WA.

DuPont Sustainable Solutions gladly accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and the government credit card.
COPYRIGHT
Any duplication of DuPont Sustainable Solutions DVD programs or print materials is expressly prohibited. Disks are not licensed for broadcast of any kind, and may not be loaned, rented or resold without prior permission.
LATE CHARGES
Late returns of previews may be subject to additional rental charges up to the full purchase price of the materials ordered.
